I have almost reached 400 games collected on RetroCollect!

One of my hobbies is collecting old games systems and media. I am old enough to have been around the first time, so this hobby is definitely drenched in nostalgia, and not many systems are more nostalgic to me than the venerable Sega Megadrive. It wasn’t my first console (that was a MasterSystem), but it’s the one I spent most of time on, with a catalogue of amazing games.

I’ve been bumping up my collection of games for the system recently, picking up a few classics and a couple of the more uncommon carts. I also bought a boxed console, as weirdly I didn’t have one. I sold my original Mega Drive (a model 2) a long long time ago, and I’ve been running with modified Model 1s for the past decade or so.

Anyway, this was just a quick blog to say my total tracked collection on RC is about to reach 400, with 85 in the SMD category!
